IMPT is pleased to offer students a Leadership Program that is accredited by the Institute of Leadership and Management(ILM).  IMPT offers these programs as an ILM Approved Centre.  ILM is Europe's leading management organisation.  ILM partners with more than 80,000 individuals and organisations each year to help them fulfil their potential and achieve success through its wide range of flexible leadership and management development solutions.

ILM Level 2 Award in Effective Team Member Skills    

This program is designed to boost team member performance at work.  Individuals new to an organisation or team will find this qualification useful.  Persons looking to be promoted as a team leader would also benefit from this program.  The program is assessed by the ILM and learners will gain membership in the Institute of Leadership and Management.

ILM Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills   

Target Audience:

The Award or Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills is ideal for practicing team leaders, helping them become more effective and confident in their role.  The Level 2 Qualifications in Leadership and Team Skills also support new or aspiring team leaders - helping them make the transition from working in a team to leading a team.

ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership & Management

This program allows open entry to individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. The Level 3 Qualifications in Leadership and Management seeks to support practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. The program is assessed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM©).
The Level 3 Award will require the completion of specific ILM designed assignment which will have a practical focus and as such participants should be working in a relevant position or workplace environment.
