This program allows open entry to individuals who have management responsibilities but no formal training, and are serious about developing their abilities. The Level 3 Qualifications in Leadership and Management seeks to support practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management, and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. The program is assessed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM©).
The Level 3 Award will require the completion of specific ILM designed assignments which will have a practical focus and as such participants should be aspiring toward or be working in a relevant position or workplace environment.
